Declaration

1. Please read the instruction carefully before you fill the form.
2. I hereby agree to abide by the College and University Rules regarding attendance is found to be unsatisfactory, I shall not be permitted to give the First/Second Term Examination.
3. I am aware of the Rules and Laws regarding Ragging and agree to abide by any punishment meted out to me if I indulge in or instigate ragging.
4. I hereby accept the College Policy that students who have serious complaints of indiscipline against them, during the year, will not be readmitted to the College in future. The decision of the Principal, in this matter, will be final.
5. Students will not be granted terms unless
   • They have attended at least 75% of the lectures and tutorials in each term.
   • Their journals in the subjects where practicals are prescribed are certified by the departments concerned.
   • Their performance at the terminal examination are satisfactory.
