The WNDI Scholars Program is designed for 12 outstanding Policy and 6 outstanding LD debaters WHO HAVE BEEN TO AT LEAST 10 TOURNAMENTS IN SENIOR/OPEN/CHAMP DIVISION OF LD OR POLICY DEBATE.

These debaters will work with select staff members in an accelerated program coupled with high level theory, skill, and strategy lectures. Like the rest of our camp, we make individual attention a premium and you will be engaged in multiple drills, practice debates, and advanced research.

The WNDI Scholars Program includes three meals a day, a residence hall room split in two for privacy, private showers, fan, mini-fridge, picnics, full 3 week evidence set, and costs only $1650.

NOTE: NO OTHER DISCOUNTS APPLY TO WNDI SCHOLARS (e.g. travel discount, 4 or more students from the same school, returning students, etc.); however, you can apply for a Work Scholarship for up to $500.

APPLICATIONS WILL BE TREATED THIS WAY:

1. We will review applications and place them into a pool for immediate acceptance, holding pool for possible later acceptance, and those we believe are unlikely to be accepted.

2. If you are accepted, you may then either commit to the Scholars lab, reject our offer, or put your acceptance on hold.

3. We plan to have all scholars selected and announced by May 18.

4. You are not a WNDI Scholar until you have submitted your $150 Deposit. So, if you are accepted as a Scholar and have not submitted your deposit, you must do that immediately or you risk losing your Scholar position.

5. If you have submitted a deposit and do not receive a WNDI Scholar position or decline a Scholar position at the time we notify you of that position, your deposit will be refunded.
