This weekly report should be filed by Sunday of each week for every bird in your care. This provides The Sanctuary the information necessary to accurately document the progress of each bird in our care.
If you need physical copies mailed please let us know at once.
These reports are not optional but required. Thank you for taking the time to keep us informed.
