We have been receiving a large volume of applications recently and although many of the applicants that have applied are lovely and wonderful Women, please keep in mind that we are very specific with what types of Models we seek, we do not want to waste your time our ours, before you go any further please know that we are not seeking any Plus size or curvy Models at this time, all applicant's must be fit with a slim to Medium build and Must be a responsible adult between the age of 20 to 40 the following application does require recent up to date photos, you can get a friend to take these photos or you can take them yourself with your Phone Camera.

The application you are about to fill out is very long as we consider it to be a full detailed resume about you so we may get to know a bit about you in order to decided if you are for our company.  We are impressed with articulate Women who take the time to think about their answers here on our application and who are professional and sincere.

Essential Referrals is a Female owned company, we are extremely professional and value the business relationship between ourselves and the Women that work with our company, all Models that list with us are independent contractors and create their own schedule, While working with us you will find that we are honest, discreet and will always do our best to exceed your expectations.  We have a fantastic base of clients and most of our clients are regulars who have been utilizing our company anywhere from 2-4 years, all new clients undergo an extensive background check before being permitted to book an appointment.  Your safety and Discretion is our top priority.

What we have to offer you:

·         We provide you with a fully stocked incall Location to work from; our incall is stocked with all Linens, toiletries, beverages, snacks, Cable, Internet and much more.  Our incall is tastefully decorated and clean with full laundry facilities and is a relaxing and upscale work environment.

·         We pay for all your photography needs; you need no money to start, and you do not have to show your face in your photos, remember your discretion is important to us.

·         We provide creative marketing and are always a step ahead and will always do the best we can to market you continuously keeping your ads and photos fresh.

·         We pay for all your advertising needs.

·         We provide a professional structure which helps assure a more upscale clientele base for you.

·         Create your own hours and work the hours that best fit your schedule.

·         Full time and part time positions available.

What we seek in our Models:

1.       We seek attractive Women with a slim to Medium build (We are not currently seeking curvy or plus size Models).  Please keep in mind that the Women we seek are those that are highly maintained and take care of themselves, skin care, nails, hair and makeup care are very important.

2.       In order to work with us you must have a reliable cell phone, it is important to communicate with our staff at all times while you’re on schedule, we do a lot of text messaging and require our Models to check in and out while working, this is for obvious safety reasons.

3.       We require that you have reliable transportation and to always be punctual.

4.       We choose to work with Ladies who are drug free and not dependent on alcohol.

5.       You must be able to work well with others, I do expect those that choose to work with us to be professional and be able to work well with our other Models.

6.       You must be articulate and able to hold a conversation with your clients.

7.       No experience is required, but please do your homework before applying, if you do not know what and Escort or a Companion is then it is best that you understand what you’re applying for before you apply, I will not explain it to you.

Before applying make sure that you posses the following qualities:

A slim to medium build (height, weight proportionate).

You must be well maintained with a good skin care routine and maintained hair and nails.

At this time with how the economy is we cannot make any guarantee as to what your income will be, but some of our top Models easily earn $2000 - $4000 a week working full time.  If you possess all the qualities we seek you should have no issues with earning the income that you desire.  If you’re looking to work in this line of business with the expectations that this is “easy” work you are sorely mistaken and will be disappointed, if you’re lazy and looking to make a “quick buck” then please look elsewhere, we choose to work with those that prefer to earn a healthy income and would like to build a business relationship with our reputable company.
