By listing employees here you are verifying who works in your office. This will be used for setting up employee ids for your office and possible verification purposes.

User IDs can be modified based on their level of security with your company. Please advise if the user’s id needs to be formatted using any of the following options:

VIEWS

Home Page Access – user has view only access to the home page and the ‘Support’ and ‘Links’ options (located under the ‘Other’ drop down on the menu). The user can view such items as the rate sheets and program manual.
View Only (Branch Access) – user has view only access to all information housed on the website that an Originator or Processor has access to now, including loans within their branch pipeline. They cannot modify or process any information. The user does NOT have access to the Broker Location, Broker Employees and Re-assign Loan screens.
Limited Rights (Branch Access) – user has access to save/modify information on loans that are assigned to their name ONLY. They will also have access to all other information housed on the website that an Originator or Processor has access to now. The user does NOT have access to the Re-assign Loan, Broker Location or Broker Employees screens; they can not submit and/or Lock/transfer loans either.
Full Rights (Branch Access) – user has full access to view, modify, submit and save all loans located within their branch pipeline.

ADDITIONAL ACCESS

Ability to Create a New User - user has the ability another basic user. Cannot create Branch or Regional managers.
Access to Broker Location Page - allows user to view what states the broker holds licensing in and the dates they expire.
